Versorgungsforschung hat sich in Deutschland wie auch in den meisten anderen Ländern als eine weitere wich- tige Säule der Gesundheitsforschung gleich neben der experimentellen For- schung und der klinischen Forschung entwickelt. Mehr als alle anderen gesund- heitlichen Forschungsdisziplinen stellt sie den Bezug zur Routineversorgung auf der einen Seite und den regulato- rischen Bereichen der Versorgung wie Gesundheits- und Versorgungspolitik, Systemfinanzierung, Public Health und dem Sozialsystem auf der anderen Seite her.

The purpose of this study was to examine the patient- and proxy-report agreement on the Wound-quality of life (QoL) questionnaire to assess health-related QoL in patients with chronic wounds. Patients and their proxies (in this case, relatives) were recruited via different nursing services in Germany and asked to complete the Wound-QoL.

Eine zentrale Aufgabe der medizinischen Versorgung ist aus ärztlicher Sicht die hinreichende Einbeziehung und Aufklä- rung des Patienten in den therapeuti- schen Prozess. Hierzu gehört die Vermitt- lung von Informationen und Einsichten zur Erkrankung sowie zu den verschiede- nen möglichen Handlungsoptionen. Am Ende sollte hier eine informierte Ent- scheidung im Sinne der partizipativen Entscheidungsfindung stehen.

Delivery of health care to psoriasis patients plays an important role in the field of dermatology. Following the 2014 WHO resolution and the 2016 WHO glo- bal report, there has been an increase in the awareness of psoriasis among the general public. However, the perception of psoriasis by the general population remains uncle- ar. The goal of the present study was to investigate the perception and assessment of psoriasis among the German population.

Im Zuge der WHO-Resolution 2014 und des WHO Global Reports 2016 hat die öffentliche Aufmerksamkeit für die Psoriasis zugenommen. Un- klar ist, wie Psoriasis in der Allgemeinbevölkerung wahrgenommen wird. Ziel ist die Erfassung der Wahrnehmung und Bewertung von Psoriasis in der Bevölkerung.

The combination of growth hormone (GH) and aromatase inhibitors (AI) improves linear growth in severely short adolescent boys; however, the effects of this interven- tion on quality of life (QoL) are unknown. This study assesses whether GH, AI, or their combination impacts the QoL of ad- olescent males with idiopathic short stature (ISS) from both the adolescent and the parent perspective.

On the basis of the multidimensional model of the caregiving process, this study aimed (a) to compare the levels of quality of life (QoL) and psychological problems of children with short stature and the levels of caregiving stress and QoL of their parents, between diagnostic, treatment, and current height deviation groups, and (b) to examine the direct and indirect links, via caregiving stress, between children's psychosocial functioning and their parents' QoL.
